Kangaroo Girl starts school tomorrow and Monkey Boy starts after Labor Day. Mom and I were writing down all of the adventures we went on this summer and it is quite a list! Here goes:
Lake Lure the week school got out
Disney!
Myrtle Beach on July 4th
The cabin in Low Gap, NC and riding the golf cart
VBS "Power Lab" at Boger City UMC
Staying at our place in Chimney Rock
Story time every week at the library and at school
Playgroup at the park
Started ballet lessons
Chuck E. Cheese for losing a tooth
Day Camp at S. Ray Lowder school
Ghost Town in the Sky in Maggie Valley, NC
Catawba Science Center and Planetarium in Hickory, NC
Spending the night with Grandmommy and Granddaddy every Friday night
Plus visits from Granny, Aunt Lois, Aunt Adeleine, Cousin Carolyn, Cousin Waverly a.k.a. The Mystery Guest, Cousins Emily and Sydney, and Cousin Alicia and Carson.
Whew! What a busy summer! We had fun though and we are looking forward to a fantastic school year!
