Today is my Favorite Day of the Year!

No, it's not my birthday or our wedding anniversary. It is the day after Tax Day!

Tim is a CPA and works crazy long hours from the end of January to April 15th. He works all day, comes home for supper, and leaves again for the "second shift". I appreciate all he does and how strong his work ethic is, even when he has some crazy clients to deal with. Here's a tip: don't drag around getting all your forms, statements, etc. to your CPA then have the audacity to ask the next day "Are you done with my return yet? I want it before we go on vacation".

Yesterday was especially crazy, we always have to drive to Charlotte to the general mail facility before midnight. Last night we left just before 10 and returned home around 11:30.

It is nice to have him back home and it's kind of weird seeing him in his usual spot in the den, playing baseball on the Wii (sitting down no less).
